Prepare plan and notification
Prepare removal plan, asbestos survey result and required MOM work notification before work starts.

Set up work controls
Use suitable isolation, signage, wet methods, HEPA vacuuming, PPE and decontamination arrangements.

Remove, pack and label waste
Keep asbestos waste and contaminated disposable materials in sealed and labelled bags or containers.

Close out works
Obtain disposal certificate and submit post-work documents such as air monitoring report where required.
